TELL US ABOUT YOUR SPECIAL DAY…
Cassidy and I were married at Le Sirenuse on our terrace overlooking the town of Positano and the sea. After beginning to plan a more traditional wedding weekend, we quickly realized that what feels the most “us” is to create the most perfect day we could imagine, then make that our wedding day. Adhering to traditions for the sake of doing so didn’t quite feel right to us, so we made the day completely and perfectly our own, including meaningful details and letting go of the rest. After the intimate ceremony on our hotel room terrace, we cut a millefoglie at the beautiful La Sponda restaurant at Le Sirenuse. Afterwards, we made our way down the winding staircases of Positano and boarded a chartered boat to a late lunch at La Fontelina on Capri, where we enjoyed seafood pastas and incredible views of the Faraglioni rocks. We spent the rest of the afternoon swimming, drinking champagne and watching the sunset.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR PARTICULAR GOWN/LOOK?
The Winona Mini & Bowie were the very first wedding-related post I saved on Instagram once I was engaged. The second I saw this look I could immediately envision the entire elopement, the photography, everything. After weeks of planning multiple dress appointments and researching designers, I always came back to Prea James and the Winona Mini.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR BRIDES TO BE?
My advice to brides is to envision your idea of the most perfect day, then take those details and integrate them into your wedding or elopement. Create a day that you’ll truly enjoy, and you’ll have no regrets.
