Shipping policy

All orders will be confirmed for dispatch in one of two ship windows a month:

1st - 7th of the month

15th - 22nd of the month 

When orders are received, we will count forward the standard or rush lead time and place into the nearest shipping window.

Please note the dates stated above are the SHIP window, not the delivery window and therefore show the date you can expect your order to leave the PJB head office. Please ensure you factor in shipping time when working out when you can expect your order to arrive in store. 

We can proudly say, we have never shipped a gown late. Once we have placed your order in a ship window, that is the date it will be going out.

If payment is not received in time, the order will be shipped on the next available ship window until payment is received.

We use DHL, a trusted shipping company, to deliver our goods. However, delays can sometimes occur during shipping which are beyond our (and DHL’s) control and for which we unable to take responsibility. Please factor in extra contingency time when planning your deliveries and appointments. 

The standard delivery times to most countries with DHL express is 4-6 days and does require a signature on delivery. 

Duties & Taxes for each country are the responsibility of the customer and range between 10-30%.
